Delivery Policy

Our delivery policy aims to ensure that you receive your digital products and online training within the estimated timeframe. The delivery time for digital products is immediate, right after the order is confirmed. For online training, access will be granted within 24 hours after payment confirmation. In exceptional cases, this timeframe may vary, but you will be informed of any changes.

Exchange Policy

We work hard to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. If you wish to exchange a digital product or online training, please contact us within 7 calendar days after confirming your order. Digital products must be in the same condition as when purchased, without use or alteration. The exchange may be made for a product of equal value. The shipping costs for returning and sending the new product will be the customer's responsibility. The new product will be shipped within 7 business days after confirmation of the exchange.

Return policy

If you wish to return a digital product or online training, you may do so within 7 calendar days after confirmation of the order, as provided for in the Consumer Protection Code. The return will be accepted under the following conditions: unused digital product and without any alterations. Shipping costs for the return will be the responsibility of the customer. Refund processing will be completed within 15 business days after confirmation of the return.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds for digital products and online training in the following situations: cancellation of the order within 7 calendar days after confirmation, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code. The product must be in the same condition in which it was purchased, without use or alteration. Shipping costs for returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be processed within 15 business days after confirmation of the return.
